The architectural design of the villa is a relation between simple geometrical concepts and spatial movement. Aesthetically, the design is desired to create a sequence of interrelated planes that anticipates movement, hence a series of vertical and horizontal planes are confined within a 3-dimensional picture plane. A unique contemporary style that is derived from a complex design process yet presented in a simplified sense.

Priorities: Vaastu compliant, natural ventilation, ample car parks, simplified forms and cost adherance
