The villa is set among panoramic greenery in the town of Theni. The design intention is to blend simple planes and geometric forms with its site context by minimalist approach. Therefore, certain design aspects such as application of wood in the exterior of the villa, the landscape in the entrance, appropriate balconies and tall glass entry brings a sense of continuity of the context into the household.
Area: 4500 Sq Ft
Priorities: Maintenance friendly, Vaastu Compliant, Circulation, Simplified Forms and Minimalist Design.
